happy new year! i really don't even want to think about 2022, i absolutely refuse to reflect on it. so much happened after my last update in august that its painful to even look back at the things i wrote about that i wished would come true.
despite all that, here i am in 2023! and right now i'm taking a break. i'm not even thinking about goals or resolutions until jan 7th. just resting and playing pokemon and unfortunately still going to work..
i don't know. i'm wanting to approach the new year as neutrally as possible but the fact that there's an arbitrary line between Then and Now that everyone acknowledges and uses to try and be better, its hard not to be a little optimistic about change! like maybe this really COULD be my year. we'll have to see.
